The 1st International Conference on Information Science and Engineering (ICISE2009) will be held from Dec 26th to 28th, 2009 in Nanjing, China. To provide a high-level international forum for researchers and engineers in the field of Engineering Management, there is a special workshop on Engineering Management within iCISE2009. As iCISE2009 does, all papers accepted will be published by IEEE computer society, included in IEEEXplore and indexed by EI Compendex. Some selected papers (extended) will be published by SCI journals.
